Either remove all visible traces of a swaybar so that they may not see an empty bolt hole and wonder 'what is that for'...
Have a separate swaybar made that goes around the exhaust, just for the purpose of the Inspection.
Or,
Change your exhaust, which would be better...
You know that they are going to look over your whole vehicle when you go, clean all oil drips and try to look factory, in mods and condition...

Touchy thing to be discussing a future inspection on the net, but finding out the tech necessary to pass is a double edged sword...
I would be finding out if the standard van came out without the front swaybar fitted. PM me to discuss details to help you out with the inspection.
