Rebuild front brake calipers anyone? (40/60 series)

Anyone successfully done this? i pulled some apart once, cleaned and put back together, but didn't put new seal kit. I don't think i got the rubber boots back on either.
I've just put new disc pads in, and as the last were worn down to about 1.5mm (being generous) , the pistons had to back in 10mm-ish, and of course, one stuck and wouldn't go in far enough.
One brake mob quoted me $225 per caliper for rebuild.... bit much? or cheap?

$225 is about right..i work for a brake n clutch specialist here in perth
with 40/60series well any landcrusier caliper ,generally when rebuilding them you have to replace the pisons ,(remember there are 4 pistons per caliper and are unequal size)as these usually sieze in the bore causing the caliper to leak.
So when rebuildiing these u replace pistons, usually resleeve the bores with a stainless steel sleeve, new seal kits ,and reassembly
