time to start thinking about a bash plate on the front of my car.

my steering damper, and associated connecting type rods (track bars?) are just about thrashed out. Am i better off trawling the wreckers for stock hopefully good condition parts, goin new or are there nice aftermarket replacements that are priced within reason.

the car in question is a 88 gq swb
Any comments and experiences much appreciated
Cheers

p.s. forgive my lack of correct wording.

contact ludacris his prices seem sweet

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
2 inch body lift $140 for a kit and do it your self. very easy to do.
2 inch suspension lift $695 for the kit and do it your self. very easy to do.
33 inch maxxis mudders x 5 $1000. Get bob to do it. very easy to fit. These tyres are awsome on and off road. Great value.
Sliders $650 SWB $750 LWB supplied and fitted.

All of these prices are from my store and I have no problem guiding people on how to fit them selves if that helps.

if you have super strong steering components.. then a bash plate may not be needed... (provided you have your old steering arms etc in the boot as spares)
my steering damper, and associated connecting type rods (track bars?) are just about thrashed out. Am i better off trawling the wreckers for stock hopefully good condition parts, goin new or are there nice aftermarket replacements that are priced within reason.
very hard to chase wreckers for stock... you usually see the parts you need in the for sale section on this site now and then to suit what you need.

If you need new ones... I recommend cris4x4 accessories as mentioned above, or PM fatassGQ as he works with superior products for more information.
