Outer Limits 4x4 Board

iv got a 91 zook had the carb rebuilt at xmas done maybe 10 000km since and now it idels at 1600rpm and i noticed that there was no fuel going into the second chamber. any ideas

Does it have an automatic choke?

The second barrel is normally vacuum controlled, so it won't open until the engine is under heavy load. You won't see it open while you're stationary.

Yep, Id say the choke linkage is jammed, the choke will come off but the linkage wont. Also, check the trottle cable adjustment, it may be too tight.
