rear shackle mounts

I'm about to make a new set of rear shackle mounts for my Hilux (can't see $150 in the snake ones) does anyone happen to know what size tube to use for the bush housing?
It is 35mm ID
but if you are making new ones, make ones to suit the larger 40mm ID bushes from a landcruiser, the cruiser ones will have to be cut down 5mm
this will help prevent a little bind
