i'm doing an EFi conversion on the 3.2L V6 chev in my hilux.
the plan is to get it all done for under a grand.
so far it's cost me $20 to get a throttle body, injectors and realative sensors and wiring from an EA falcon.
it's the single point setup with the webber bolt patern.
all of that will be adapted to the factory manifold once the holley comes off.
the current K&N 9inch round by 5inch tall air filter will be adapted on top.
$50 for a high pressure EFI pump
$100 for surge tank and lift pump
still looking for a second hand EMS stinger or WOLF 2D

is it possible to adapt the wiring and computer from the falcon? it's probably not ideal but will be fairly cheap and easy if the wiring is eaasily separated from the vehicle wiring harness.
I have used the computer from a 2 litre efi engine on a 2.4 litre motor before, it worked ok, wasn't perfect (leaned out a bit at high rpm) but it did the job. I imagine going to a smaller engine to what the computer was designed for, your dramas will be at the bottom end - might have hassles getting it to idle evenly or something.
cheers

it would be to much work to get the falcon ecu to work with out all of its original sensors and dizzy. and the dizzy cannot be adapted in due to the chev having an odd fire. (small block chev with two cyl taken away)

i know about megasquirt, but it's not realy my thing and for the price i could get a dealer discount on a new stinger and have more features
