Just thought I'd let you know. I tried emailing the guy about that rig ages ago, like 7 months ago at least and he wouldn't reply. So basically that car has been on carsales a VERY long time. I remember the price originally being at $7000. Then every few months he'd take off $500. Now it's down to $5500
You should check it out first, it may well be a good buy. Looks like a nice truck. (except for the horrible checker plated interior :S)

thirsty on the fuel ,high insurance ,over heating probs offroad unless they have been attended too ,and just because its got a v8 in it does not mean it goes like a ferrari due to it still is runnin a 4wd driveline
petrols don't like water when water crossin
just a few things for the negative ,sorry to burst youre bubble .Find youreself a 2.8 diesel hilux hopefully you won't loose youre licence in it and as a stock rig it will be more reliable as a first rig

Truck exhausts - stacks - are legal as long as they are Xcm from the nearest opening window, point in the right direction, shielded from contact with peoples.
