No Fuel From injector pump
I am not getting a drop of fuel out of the outlets on my 2.4 2LTHE motor in an ln65 lux. i pulled out the fuel cutoff solenoid, working fine, i blew it all out with air compressorand fuel pisses out of the hole that the solenoid sits in so i know fuel is getting to the pump. the 4 lines at the back are disconnected so cant be injectors. i think it may be the plunger shaft is worn and not compressing the fuel to squirt into the line. But it just stopped working all of a sudden, i had a few problems with it not getting fuel before but the engine went again and no more problems til now. i would have thought if it was the plunger shaft it would have gradually lost power over time because of the ,loss of fuel pressure. i didnt drive it for a week, tried to start it and, what do you know, no fuel...... anyone had similiar problems??? i know rebuilding an injector pump is expensive.....can i get a cheap second hand one or do they not exist?????

Hi big bird.
Firstly, with the supply fuel line connected is fuel coming out of the return line fitting on the pum? Is the pump rotating when cranking over? You can run 12 volts directly to the solenoid, will this allow fuel to come out of the outlets?
If these are all ok, you have a pump problem. Which will need to be removed and inspected to see what is wrong.
Hope this helps
