i would love a v8 cause i had 1 in my bj40 but i herd thay brake diffs so i was thinking a 22r cause thay bolt up to my gear box i dont really want to spend heaps so im not sure about 1500
Pretty much went straight in same engine mounts old bellhousing and clutch. Exhaust is even on the same side. Fuel line -longer rubber hose.
I think it was good value for money compared to V6-V8 options. If you want more power you can then turbo it which will be my next step.
The 22R is easy to get A/C & P/S brackets to fit as well.
