TB42 STROKED TO 5LTR

herd that someone has a crank that converts a 4.2 stroked to a 5ltr does any one know of this and wether i have to do much machineing to the block ie more oil gernals

Was talking to Sandy at AUS4WD about stroking a TB42 a while back but he couldn't track anything down. He mentioned some of the safari racing guys were using a 6 litre stroker TB42 a while back. Will ask around and let you know if I find anything.

Is the 4.8 basically same with less bore? What about boring out and 4.8 pistons?

there is someone in SA that has done it, i know of someone selling there 4.8 but dont have the cash at the moment.
ill serf the net for a few days and see what answers i get.
yeh spoke to sandy hes working on my chassie at the moment after the roll over will chat soon
