Drillin Caster Plate Holes

Hi Guys
Just wondering what tool/methods are used to drill the needed hole for 5 deg caster plates? On a 80s
Or should i let the pros do it....

not sure which holes you're talking about? do you mean making the plates from scratch? there are no holes to drill if you buy the plates. you need to trim about 5 - 10mm off the bottom of the front of the factory control arm mounting bracket on the axle to fit them, that's about it.
if you're making them from scratch, try and get your hands on a set to use as a template. the inner one on the right (diff) side has a slightly different cutout to clear the pumpkin, the other 3 are the same shape. they wouldn't be hard to make, only time consuming as the cutout shape is fairly irregular.

Ok ill try to clear thing up.
The holes in the flanges attaching to the diff ...too attach the front of the caster plates

no holes to drill there. the top bolt goes through a mysterious hole that Mr Toyota in his wisdom left there. the Bottom bolt passes completely below the flange/bracket, but as mentioned you need to trim off 5mm off the bottom front of the bracket.
I'd take a photo but mine is covered in mud :(

I should of taken look first - i thought it was going to be similar to GU's, where u need a stubbie miget drill of some sort to drill an hole to attach the plates
