have ford 9" diff its 3.9 at the moment want to change to 4.1,4.3,4.8 any of them can it be changed and where around newcastle thanx

all ratio's in Ford 9" are interchangeable. ratios are available from 2.5 down to 7.17. Any Diff shop can do it, they probably do at least 3 9" diffs a week.
