Turbo Patrol Ute

Post by john the fencer »

Hi all I've got a 96 GQ Patrol ute 180,000klm and turboing it was wondering if it's a good idea to replace the bigend shells while the sump is off for welding the oil return, and also if the plug at the rear under the manifold is a good place for the water return. :?:

big ends shouldnt be a problem... as they gotta be run in and etc.. leave them if they're not giving you any dramas.. as they're not known for having problems unlike yotas..

i just plumbed my water for the turbos into my thermostat housing and the radiator pipes..

have a look at the GU 4.2 td setup.. and you'll catch on.
