Your hinges will also be worn. you have to drill them out to the next size but it s hard to get 1MM bigger rod. Look for stainless rod. They do not have to be knurled like the originals. Just peen the tops and bottoms so they do not fall out.
new hinges are not that expensive.

New hinges are about $45 each.

will new hinges get rid of that little bit of sag that the heavy doors create over time on Two door models? Or should i try and space out the bottoms of the hinges to lift the doors up a bit?

cheers

Yep, the bolts that hold the hinges to the pillars. The long ones with countersunk top and are a biatch to part from their nuts :!:

If you have 1 out, go to a bolt place and get replacements with allen heads and countersunk.
Steve, yes they will fix the sag, you can get away with fitting just new ones on the bottom and see how that works.

you can buy shims to get rid of the sag, which makes it harder to close the door, but i just used washers and it worked fine

I wouldnt bother going to Repco for bolts and Coventry's ( i know what they sell as my work does their imports! ), you want an industrial bolt supplier, look in the yellow pages.
