hey guys jsut tryign to work out a way that i can keep a rear spring up fron conversion legal.
i am thinking of using superior engineering mounts so that i can use my standard rear shackles up front but have them mounted under the chassis? are shock hoops legal? i am hoping that once doen the only part that will be illegal is the sguare front driveshaft..

so far the list is
Rear springs-all ready in shed.
dropped shackle mounts-$90 pair.
Shock hoops- $170.
Shocks-$240.
and square front driveshaft-free(booty fab).
if anyoen knwos sumthign i ahve forgotten or whether this way woudl be legal or not it would be appreciated

You are probably going to need crossover steer.
If it flexs good you will probably break your J arm.

Also every rig I have seen with the shackles under the chasi has been way too tall.

y not have stock hangers and longer shackles (no dropped hangers u will defantly need longer shackles), also ausyota 83lux has longer shackls and dropped hangers with rears up front and his is only 2" higher than stock. to do this u just get the spring reset flat
