Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Does anyone have a factory 60 series chassis manual? Specifically I'm looking for info on cable lockers. My US and Canadian edition doesn't mention them, but my owners manual does, go figure. If anyone does could one of you generously scan the section on the lockers? I would really appreciate it!
