Dunno if this helps?

A dude on ebay is selling HD 100kg rated runners for $50 at the moment.

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll ... 36594&rd=1

They're not big enough for me, but he says he;ll do 900mm long buggers for about $140 plus shipping.

I would use heavier runners than that for an 80Ltr fridge.
100kg runners are fine for 5oLtr fridges.

I would suggest 150kg runners would last longer.

Remember, the runners are designed and rated for drawers at home not in the back of a 4by that would be subjected to corrugations and dust etc.

Yep, sealed bearings would work great and be heaps cheaper
The ones I use are Chinees made sealed bearing with a 22mm diameter to suit an 8mm bolt. Cost around $1.50 each if you buy enough of them.
