Need to get castor correction bushes fitted. Where in Melb?

Just bought an 80 series Landcruiser that the previous owner fitted a 2 inch lift to. Drove it home (Melb) from Sydney on Sunday. Steering was vague and skittish but apart from that it was great. Seems to be that I probably need to get a set of castor correction bushes fitted. Can anyone recommend anywhere in Melbourne, preferably around Moorabbin area and does anyone know what these are worth to get done?

Thanks

any 4WD shops that sell and fit suspension should be able to do it, but before you invest your coin, get a wheel alignment and have the condition of the front shocks investigated, and the condition of the wheel bearings and kingpin bearings - any of these items can also cause the symptoms you describe, and are mostly cheaper to fix than castor correction bushes - they aren't cheap, $300+ ish fitted, from memory.

$276 fitted at ARB (Nepean Highway, Brighton).

Dunno how much a wheel alignment is these days but it can be done at the same time as the bushes and general suspension check. You will get an honest assesment too, not just "yeah its all fucked and needs replacing"

What make is the suspension in it?

Suspension looks pretty new. Don't know what make the springs are but the shocks are Konie adjustable.

My give ARB Brighton a call.

Thanks guys.

Get a wheel alignment first. Then you'll know if it needs 1 degree, 2 etc....

Stock 80's generally don't need the correction - 3" and upwards - yes indeed. I'd be suspicious of the king pins etc... $45 well spent first on the wheel alignment. Aslo - have a check of the steering damper - they are a common cause of wandering or bump steering!
