Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Ok i sceem to get somthing difrent every where i turn... what is the go with making it all leagal, soa toys. some guy told me no because it will make it more than a inch wider either side and another guy said no becasue of to much hight.
so what dose every one elce know?

your best bet is to go staright to the people who will be giving the final word, your local authourities. Each state is so different and it seems that even then some people reckon one thing while others something else. As good as this place is for providing tech answers legal stuff really really should be left to those who are actually enforcing it
