What oil to use for floor jack? Power steer? brake/clutch? Auto trans? Can any of these be used?

Auto Trans fluid works well, we use it in our jacks at work to lift aircraft.

Penrite Hydraulic oil.
Available at Super Cheap and many other outlets.
