Try a search of the zook forum, this topic has been covered millions of times. Bit more info would be good too. What tyre size you want to run, what terrain or style of driving. What is your budget for the work too. How mechanicaly minded are you, and what sort of access to equipment do you have. A bit more info and a search and it will be heaps easier for us to give you a good deal of infomation.
Search, look at the questions i have put to you then ask away.
Best of luck

I have what u listed 2" body and extended shackles basically free mods just time and i run 31"s mongrels fine, they are more like 32 wiht the grip...
SPOA requires a lot more mucking around.....
I have plastic body blocks i bought a tube of it from a plastic manufacturing place it was $36 for a meter and we just cut 8 2" lenghts of it and drilled holes in them (had the bolts lying aroud at home) , the middle 2 blocks in the suzuki require a bit of mucking around, either drill them out completly or u have to have 2 bolts with a joiner bolt a few poeple on here have more of an idea than me and pics i i have asked the same things recently my self.
I made my extended shacles by buying 2m of mild steel plate stuff, pretty cheap, u might have some lying around, just take your old ones out and reuse the bolts if they are still good.
Body lift would require a day and shackles a few hours if your doing it slowly and not sure what your doing.
Total cost ~$70 i rekon...
As in whole suspension what do u mean ?
2" springs? ~$500+ and if u want new shocks ~$400
SPOA - free but steering and braking might need some money spent if u want it done safley... ( i duno nething really about that)
Coil setup a few $K

I just bought 2 pairs of 2" lifted rear leaf springs to suit sierra for $200 inc GST.
They are NEW EFS springs.
Call carrols springs in QLD. Sorry I have no contact details for them as a mate arranged it. The have VERY limited stock.
I can now buy 6 shockies and still have paid less than some of the kits on the market.

i used to be spoa and it cost me nothing,
steal a cutting disc from work saved five bucks,
i carefully cut the diff perches off and rewelded them on in the same agle but on the other side.
brake lines,i cut the mount on the body on the rear and made it closer.
bent and retemped my steering all sweet.

If doing spoa, its a bit more complicated to do than is being suggested to do properly and maintain a descent driving zook. When welding the perches back on, you should also adjust hte pinion angle, so your driveshafts dont bind or vibrate. Now the extra height will make your shafts too short, so a spacer is needed too. The caster will be out at the front, as the pinion is tilted up to keep the pinion angle okay, so you have to cut and rotate you steering knuckles to keep your caster approx factory, and make the zook still handle like normal. Your shock mounts will also be all over the shop too, so you will have to look at fabbing up some mounts to keep everything from gettin stuffed up. While you can bend and modify the steering draglink, or make a z-link, i wouldnt bother, and just got straight for high steer or x-over. Will be much nicer to drive, and IMHO safer than a bent draglink. If you plan to go spoa, you will prob also be looking for big flex too, so why not just bite the bullet and fit some descent lengthened brake lines and not have to worry about problems down the track. Also you h-brake cable will need some fiddling with, as it may become tight at some points in suspension travell.
You still can just do it quick and easy, but why bother doing half a job, if you goin to go and do a SPOA, why not do everything right the first time, and not have to f*&k round with it for the next 6 months getting it right. Dont take me the wrong way, im not tellin you not to SPOA (hell my zook is spoa) or that spoa is shit, cause it isnt
. Just whatever you do, its often better to put the effort in and do a job right first time, the rewards outweight the down sides everytime.

Out of interest, what brand springs and shocks are these E-Parts kits on Ebay? I can't pick the lettering on the yellow label. Are they a stiff suspension set-up?
EDIT: Don't worry, I've realised they are Ironman's.... Unless they have just copied Ironman's product shot (?) Good price though, I guess

I Recently bought a 2" lift kit and the front springs were beltons and the rear were ironman, it gave me a whopping 80mm lift in the rear!!!
But they were so stiff and dangerous it was ridiculous, no give at all.
I made them change them and they sent me out some rear beltons and they are fine.
