Safari {AD}

Hello out there
I have got me a 1984 nissan safari {AD} what the AD stands for i dont no
ive been told its a {MQ} ????? it has a 3.2L diesel trubo with a 5 speed
it has a p.t.o winch that comes out the side of the gearbox.

It looks very much like the trucks ive seen in here so is it a {MQ} or is
it some thing nissan made with spare parts ???
