I wouldnt bother with a second hand idler, its likely to be clapped out as well. I tried to find one in sydney and gave up after looking at every wreckers to see that they were crap.

I found Daicare in sydney were quites cheap compared to all the other dealers ($40 odd cheaper than chatswood) so you could try them. They dont mind posting either, i got my clutch $110 cheaper from them and they charged $11 to get it to me, 3 hours later!

Give All About Steering And Suspension a call in Moss st Slacks Creek. I got my Idler and Pitman arms replaced by them for about $300 all up.

i just recently got one and a pittman arm for $85 each from Diahatsu Auto Recyclers in brissie. wasnt the best, though it has made the wheel wobble better than it was.
i'll deffinatly save for a new one through toyota next time.

I got mine done about 2 months ago. I can't see why they wouldn't be able to get them??? When I got mine done he said availability wasn't a problem and I only needed to let him know a day in advance. You could mention that a guy with a white Feroza got his done and put you onto them.

Try On Track 4wd in Moss St too. The quality of workmanship is far better there but the $$$ goes with it too.

got on to them today and was told no way can they replace them for that much as there around $200 each but if they werent to far gone they could polyfill them for around $85 ea so that would have been around $300 inc labour.

so if you got new ones for three hundred your a lucky bugger

gave them a call and there $85 ea but salisbury wrecking (2mins further down the road) have them for $45 ea so keep them in mind. Will have to put up with these for now till i get cash to buy new ones

Well they quoted on new ones and told me they were so they had better be! I can't believe they cost that much!

I have just checked previous bank statements and the actual price I paid which included a wheel alignment was $297. I cant see why they can't do it for the same price if I have proof they did it for me at that price!

Have you given On Track 4WD a call?

they have a few ferozas but what apack of dickheads they are. i got to the wreckers at 7:35 and told them what i was after and the told me i had to wait untill 8 when they actually start. Then 8 came, at around ten past 8 they came and told me sorry mate but we only sell the pitman arm with the steering box. man was i pissed :x :x :x stood there and exchanged a few more abrupt words and left with nothing. went to karl at daihatsu auto recyclers he was a lot dearer but at least he has good service and no waiting al bloody day for nothing. so my advice is to aviod them if possible
