Clevo into GQ

ok iv done a search but couldn't find shit.
im looking a throwing a 351 clevo into my SWB.
now i already have the engine, but im after a conversion kit. But i want one that will mat up to the factory auto. But worst comes worst ill put a C4 behind it. but i would like to keep the auto.
Has anyone done this conversion before?
Plz help

AFAIK there is not a kit available to put the ford V8 into a GQ . we have done the conversion with a EFI ford 5ltr to the GQ 5 speed . a lot of mucking around but well worth the time. a fair expense aswell as there was a lot of 1 off machining to be done.

i would much rather be putting the 351 i got sitting in my garage in my patrol.

Im sure it could be done if you really want to. The transfer case could be mounted off the back of a ford auto or manual gearbox instead.
However the Clevo is a very big engine and the exhuast manifolds would not have much space - there's bugger all space in tehre even for a chev.

they never made them when we enquired, they told us that there wasnt enough call for them. but that was 3 years ago.

Going through the parts catolog for dellow, they do a Ford V8 302/351 into Nissan Patrol 1988 and later models. They also recomend to ask for a detailed fax or email sheet on your model.

ludachris is putting a full injected import 351 windsor into his comp truck but mating straight to the 5 speed using a dellow kit

ok i rang dellow, i can get the engine mounts of then ( but have been told not to due to poor quallity) but they don't do an addapter to go to the standard auto.
