Which off the shelf kit is better?

How does the Rock Steady 4.5 in suspension kit compair to the Calmini 3in kit. Will either kit fit 31in tyres without cutting the guards? I want to fit 31in rubber on the widest offset 15x7 rim I can get off the shelf. Is that of a Jeep or F100?

Other then the Qld 4x4 club what clubs are in qld around brisbane/caboolture?
