Hi 4sum4.
From the pictures I've seen on ebay, I assume your talking about a 350 holley, this is an adapter plate that sits on the manifold, its very commonly availble. 2nd hand $10 to $25
From my understanding, the inlet and exhausty are bolted together, and getting extractors just replaces the exhaust component.
So I assume the 350 was on a pre existing inlet manifold.
(If so, I'd keep it that way, to save replacing gaskets)
From what I've gleaned there seems to be an issue with the throttle/choke linkage, where you need to get an extra part if its a standard 350.(which you would already have on that particular carbie if it came off a 40 series 2f)
If you can get the carbie, and it doesn't need a rebuild, there would be people on here interested, if your not.
I would go this route for the extra performance and apparently better fuel economy, the only thing that stops me is I want a snorkel, and I'm not sure how high a 350 carbie with a airbox would be. I need the airbox so the snorkel actual does what its supposed to, keep water out of the engine.
