Disconect the battery for about 30 seconds then reconect it might clear the code if it isent a hard fault.

Must be a hard fault then, have to go to the dealer and get them to pull codes and tell you what it is.
if not i might have some info on pulling manual codes
does your vehicle have a diagnosis connector down on the drivers side of the brake pedal it should be a 16 pin plug.

Simmiliar thing happened to my dad's Hilux caused from ripping off connector on rear brake caliper. Check all your fittings to see if any are damaged.

I got a 94 turbo diesel 80 series with ABS and the same thing happened. It was part of the wiring harness to the ABS and it had to go to toyota to get replaced, $1200 thanks for coming. Not sure if the 80 and 100 series are the same, take the globe out its cheaper.

i finally got my ABS problem sorted. It ending upp being a stuff front right drive shaft. the abs ring which the sensor reads was loose around the shaft and the shaft itself was stuffed. Toyota had never heard or seen this before and could not even understand how it happen. Never the less its seems to be all good now so i have some spare parts if anyone is interested.

I have a second hand fully working ABS brake master cylinder / actuator unit & 1 second hand abs sensor. contact me if you are interested.
