LOOKING AT BUYING THE WIFE A GQ WAGON FOR
EVERYDAY/TOURING/FAMILY CAMPING TRIPS/ DUITES,
(HOPEFULLY SOME BIG/LONG TRIPS.) :D
NOT TO SURE IF TO GO WITH A PETROL OR DIESEL?
DIESEL IS GETTING EXPENSIVE AND PETROLS ARE
MORE AVAIL AND A BIT CHEAPER.
WHAT DO PEOPLE THINK?
WHAT KLM PER LT ARE YOU GETTING FROM YOUR
PETROL OR DIESEL.?

ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT.

CHEERS IAN.

Diesel normally about 9-14l/100km and petrol about 16-25l/100km (depends on use, traffice, auto or manual).

Dont discount a dual fuel either - less than half the cost of diesel.

I have both.

My petrol GQ gets around 16-20L/100km highway/city.

My diesel GQ gets around 10.5-12.5L/100km highway/city.

If you do a lot of miles, then I know what I'd go for again.
