Turbo for a 3L

Hi, first than all letme please introduce myself , I'm Plafo from Chile, Southamerica ... done :D

Recently i bought a Hilux with a stock 3L engine, it runs smooth but i want more power in it , so i decided to put a turbo on it , and after if i can afford it , an intercoole.

Now after taking hours reading the posts about 3L's and turbos , i made following summary:

-I Can use any turbo from a 2L-TE engine
-i Must keep the turbo pressure under 11 or 10 psi
-for the Intercooler I Must install a Pyro gauge and ensure that the air flow never 'reverses' and heat up the inlet air.

And now , i still have lots of doubts , for example:

-To where are conected the oil lines to the turbo?
-There's any 'specific' way of tunning the fuel input at the bomb? (to work properly with the new air flow injected with the turbo)
-Is Needed a relief valve?
-Here the temperature conditions vary from mildy cold (-5 c) to hot (36-39c) in summer , its advisable to use a cooling system for the turbo?

-There's anything like a 'HOWTO' for fitting the Turbo and other things needed?
-Is anything else needed? (turbo, pipes, oil system, etc)

Any good experience over there to share? , im very very newbie to Diesel and more to turbos in diesel engines.

Well , that, i hope you can helpme , just because here 3L's and 5L's are very rare.. and none really knows about them... thanks!
