Ok I'm lazy, too lazy to even read the book. Has anyone replaced the sleaves in a 3B? Any tips to getting them in and out?. Thanks.

run welds up the liners wich shrinks them u still may need a puller to get em out

clean block out and check for any marks / high spots in the block

to fit stick the liner's in the freezer and come back a few hours later [the longer in the freezer the better] and the transfer from the freezer to block needs to be quick and fit em in
you may have too knock them in GENTLY as they may get tight when fitting so have all that set up before u start

also when having to knock them in becarefull if there tight they can free up n slide home quiet fast and break the shoulder off the sleeve :bad-words:

and be quick in the whole process as if they lock up you can be complety bent over n stuffed big time

Thanks mate, sounds good. Luckily (or unluckily) one has already removed itself into the sump so I only have to get 3 out.
