mq aircon as onboard air

i wanna turn the aircon in the mq into an onboard air setup... see plans below.
anyone who's done this - do i need an inline oiler for the stock nissan compressor?

There are threads on this, search or look in the bible.
Sorry, but it had to be said --> it's been done to death, and there are very useful threads with good diagrams and lots of info on this if you search for it.

ive searched and ive looked in the bible... found plenty of references to onboard air (which i used to draw up the plan in my original post)
but none that adressed if the mq compressor needs inline oil or not.

geez its like pulling teeth
for the benefit of the next poor b4stard who comes along....
DR Frankenstine did put in an inline oiler on his MK a/c pump.
still unsure if its the same pump across mq's and mk's.
still unsure if tapping in a grease nipple is an option (rather than inline oiler).

All A/C pumps (except the ones like the old york) use the a/c gas, that has a lubricant in it, to lubricate the pump. By running an oiler and oil/air seperator all your doing is resurculating the oil. Far more effective than using a grease nipple type set up no matter what the pump.
By the way your diagram/plan looks spot on.
I use air tool oil in mine and will change it every couple of months. I use mine regularly though.

The Nissan compressor--DIesel KIKKI will definantly need an inline oiler due to its internal design and miniscule oil capacity compared to other compressor types. They pump very well, but get extreamly hot after a couple of minutes running. Your set-up should work fine--you may need to put a T Piece just after compressor discharge to make the line unload properly--or just plumb into the charging valve as it appears in your diagram..
