I HAVE A 94 RODEO WITH THE LEAF SPRING UNDER THE REAR DIFF, CAN IT BE CHANGED TO LEAF SPRING ON TOP OF THE DIFF WITH ON PROBLEMS.

I take that is in the rear only. It is not a big deal to spring over the rear, but your problem will be matching the height with the inderpendent front.
