Hello,

Im thinking about a lift kit for a hilux and just wondering how much it would cost to have supplied and fitted? Im in Sydney, NSW if it makes any difference. How much for the following...

Suspension lift 2" (which would be better? 2" or 4" or more?)
Suspension lift 4"
Body lift (dont know how much lift is good?)

Also,

How much does a Snorkel cost to supply and fit?
How much does a bull bar like the ARB winch bars cost?
How much does a reasonable winch cost?

Thanks heaps guys.

What sort of 4bing will tell you how much lift, what size tyres, and other mods you need to do. Start from there and we can give you better info.
As well as the model of your hilux.

Is yours live axle front or IFS?

Well, 2" suspension, 2" body and some 33's will go good, with that you wont need to modify and steering, driveshafts or any crap like that. And it should be a piece of piss to engineer. ;)

According to PayRB
Snorkel $515
Winch bar $1219-1254 depending on IFS or solid
All fitted
Plus $1562 for an 8000lb Warn low mount not fitted

If all you are doing is beach, mud and dirt/fire trails then I'd either leave it standard or go for the 2in lift and a set of 30 or 31in A/Ts or M/Ts depending on how much mud is anticipated. Forget the winch. Probably could forget the bar as well.

I paid just under $2000 for a 2inch suspension (cross country leaf springs, tough dog adjustables, diff locator, RTC dampner, greasable shackles and pins, urathene bushes,fitted),$415 for a Safari snorkel fitted (got this at a show price)
