Wow, you'll need serious serious work to fit a 35 on a ZJ.

No chassis means all in suspension lift.

You'd need 6 inches plus of lift therefore needing long arms to really make it work.

Also i dont think a slip yoke eliminator exists for the Zj transfer case so you'll probably need to swap in a NP242 (from XJ) or NP231 (from TJ) to make it work. The rear Dana 35 will struggle with anything above 33's without a serious upgrade, same with the Dana 30 front diff.

So you'll need to totally alter the suspension geometry, cut your guards, change transfer case and diffs.

Best bet would be to contact Mark at Suburban4wd in Minchinbury.

Hmmmm, what's the budget for this. Seriously going to 37" is going to be a huge job, as already mentioned you're basically going to have to put an XJ t-case uder it and pull out the alloy D44 (I think thats what the ZG has in the rear) and stick in something bigger, also look at geting rid of the D30 upfront for something more substantial. 35"s will be a little easier but not much. 33"s is probably a more reasonble project but even then you'll need plenty of lift. The lack of a SYE will be the killer as once you get up around 4" vibes will be a problem. Go to Ausjeep at http://www.ausjeepoffroad.com and checkout some of the machines there, I think Jetty had about 5" of lift now and may be able to help.

Cheers
