Nissan Diffs.

Going to look at some diffs tomorrow ,

Nissan GQ , the front aparantley has a factory locker .
Done some searchingfound some good tech on the wiring extra for one of these , thing is does it need to be so complicated ?
could i just run a vach line and a vach actuator switch as on a two speed diff from a dinosuar truck (old) I could use a tank i have for extra vach from a trialer brake setup .

And opinions on any issues with these type of lockers ?
Ideas any one ?

(I thought they only came in the rear)

they i thought did come in the rear..

the spline count in the rear is different so i cant work out why the front would have a factory locker :? considering the rear and front arnt interchangeable..

BTW... the factory REAR locker have been pretty strong... just need to make some armoury for the acutator which resides in a bad location (rocks will bash into it)
