Nothing is thesame if you have a complete bellhousing from v8 to gearbox, but if you have a marks adapter from v8 to 3f bell./...then it will fit the v8 to the bell and spigot of the 80 box.
Ever considered a 1uzfe lexus v8 under that bonnet??? a bellhousing from a v8 100 series will convert it to your 5 speed, and it is all toyota 210kw

h151....same as h150 in fj80, but different ratios.

OK. So I don't think a R151F or R150F will bolt to that bellhousing.... Correct?

correct. These aren't a great choice for V8 power. Your FJ80 should have a H150F which is an awesome gearbox for V8 power - almost unbreakable.
