MK door window remove?

I have at home a pair of old doors, that are a "little" bent, that I want to transform in 1/2 doors.
What I have to do, to remove the windows whitout destroing them?

take the inner out and undo the screws etc that hold the rollers and window slides in and then undo the screws across the top of the door that hold the top of the frame in. they come out easy enough....
