I did a search on this and couldn't find much, do people think this makes a difference or not?
Broke my first ever GQ CV while on hols last week in vic, the bell was fine but the cage was a different story, took the inner axle with it. This in an unlocked truck.

Hey boof head check your steering locks are adjusted properly may be getting to much lock. Especially as that diff had been in an acco & mounts ect were bent, steering stops could be bent to.

Worked well on a mates 70 Series Landcruiser CV's. From memory they cost an extra $150 ontop of the price of a new genuine CV which the Engineer sourced himself.

Hualtech are doing stronger CV's. How much stronger I dont know havnt broken a std one for a while now though.
They can also supply another axle if needed also. They are brand new CV's with 2nd hand axles.
