What lift would be the best to run a set of 36" pedes on a standard 100 series with the rigid beam front end not the IFS?
What is the best suspension combo? toughdog/rancho/king springs/dobinson?
Will be used for everything from mud to rocks.
It only gets fully loaded up for touring about 3 times a year so i dont think this is a real issue so not really looking at getting HDSprings.

I've got 3" king springs on my 100 series and I wouldn't recommend them, they are too soft. I had 2" medium duty Old Man Emu springs before and they were much better and gave about the same ride height as the 3" king springs.
I run 36" Simex ET 2's and dont' have a problem, you just need to cut a bit of the plastic inner splash gaurd on the front to stop the tyres hitting at full lock.

Do u have any trouble with them rubbing at the back at all??
If i went for a 4" tough dogg kit they would clear no worries at all except for that little bit of plastic at the front.

I had a 5" lift on my 100 and used to rub on the plastic guard at the front under full compression and full lock with 35 Pedes.
Rear was never an issue

So what has to be done to the front end to get the pedes to fit without rubbing on anything?

Take the standard mud flaps off the front and replace them with some flat after market ones that don't protrude into the wheel well.
You may even be able to modify the standard ones to eliminate the bump that causes the issue.
Failing that just leave em, mine used to scrape when I drove into the drive way every night but they never looked like coming off !!

Thanks for the help guys...
Iv already go the mud flaps off cus i kept on breaking them when i went out playing so i just pulled all 4 off so they shouldnt be a problem by the sounds of it.
Iv decided to go with the 4" lift kit (not sure what brand yet) and see how the tyres go from there, if they rub then ill get some coil spacers and thena body lift after that if they are still having problems
thanks again

Does anyone have any issues with the rear tyres rubbing the inner guard?
I have 16x8" rims (cruiser ones) with 285/75 BFG AT's and at full flex they rub the inner guard, has removed the black paint!
Im running a 2" ome lift.
Why do i have a problem with 33's but others can run 36 no prob?

Im pretty sure you will be able to fit them buddy even if u need to do a bit of grinding and slight bashing. But yeah not sure if u wanted to go a body lift. That just means u have to adjust all sorts of things like bull bars etc. Ask assassin offroad he knows he stuff about all this. Or come on lcool.org/forum and ask there they have a good wealth of knowledge there too.

panhard rod makes it do that, an adj one set 10mm longer will help.

Its exactly the same on both sides tho.. not just this side.

That is why the panhard is a great option, stops it rubbing one side.
Thats a 50% improvement, which you have to admit, is a fair improvement for the simple addition of adj panhard rod....

Good salesman!
but seriously... Are my options just bumpstops or wider offset rims?
