i have an after market tank in the zook it used too draw the fuel up from the top tank. I have changed it and put two outlets on either side on the botttom of the tank so it is gravity fed now. Both outlets join at a T-piece and then on too the fuel pump.
Now the problem is with this setup when i put the fuel cap on it creates presure in the tank forcing fuel out of the old outlet on the top of the tank???????
help me what am i missing????

it should have a breather man... get a coke bottle fill it with water and suck from the top, much like your fuel pump would.. it will collaps the bottle... i have seen this happen to fuel tanks when breathers get blocked...
although i spose now your old outlet is acting like a breather, just thought of this... now im stupmed.. ehhh...

You can get caps that vent thru a low pressure valve both ways. Check yours, it may be blocked. Failing that a vent off a GQ patrol (white or pink) will do the job.

I have this problem with a standard zook tank. At first i just thought the extra pressure in the tank was a Diesel thing. Then the tank imploded until it lost half its capacity. Pumped it out, to full size. Turns out, part of the problem, the guy who had the car before me, put an extra seal on cap, causing it to seal veeery tightly. Also he must have sealed the key hole, as i remember my old one use to leak when on big angles. Ive been told i need a cap with a one way valve, to let more air in.
