Rust is your biggest enemy.

But generally it's only in the body, which is generally easy to repair - so just be wairy of it.

Check the bible there is a good thread on what to check for when buying one.

with the front spring hangers when you get one clean them up really well and reweld them .......

Look out for rust....I wouldn't be too concerned with rust in the bottum sills and radiator support panel but would run if I saw it in the roof run as this isn't as easy to fix. there are still some good ones out there.

Buy yourself a good swb sd33T 5sp MK.
2in spring lift and 2in body lift and some minor trimming of the front guards and you can install 35's.

The sd33t will push the 35's easy and to make it better offroad install some 4.6's in the diffs from a 2.8 or sd33 and you have some offroad gearing back...

Really are a fun toy to cut you teeth on........

Good luck James
