Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Yesterday i went to open my bonet but when i pulled on the lever there was no tension and it wouldnt open.
I tried like 50 times but it just wont open

the cables prolly snapped...............youll have to stick ya arm up and release it and then replace the cable..............
