Early 4wd L300's

G'day, is there anyone out there that has modified and off roaded an early L300 to any success ? round the 84 85 years

Mate had one.
Put a cordia turbo motor in it. Damn that thing did doughies good. sounded nice with the boost raising.
No other mods apart from simple lift and oversize tyres. I found it scary when doing sand dunes in lancelin going down.
