If this is what i get occasially, then i get leaves caught in the blades. You may have to pinpoint where noise coming from. may have to pull the box a bit.

cheers

Nothing related but in my mums toyota seca a rat must of liked sleeping ontop of the warm engine at night because there was a collection of bones and hay and stuff on top of the motor and some of it must of got sucked into the fans becasue they dont turn any more lol.

I dont rekon the dog liked his bones being stolen either lol

Yeh i agree with the leaves...had lots in mine...just keep turning the fan from off to full blast lots of times and sometimes they come flying out...or if its like on my mates suzi he just bought, we stripped it and found a pair of rather deadly looking scissors in the vent system...weird huh

Just stick a vacume in there with a flexi hose and suck it out, worked for me, mine was full of tea tree leaves.
