Outer Limits 4x4 Board

looking for some tools in my father`s warehouse, i found 2 new Rancho RS1016 shocks without stickers...search on internet for some info and only found they are crap made by monroe long time ago...is that true??? somebody knows something about they ??...are they suitable for what 4x ??

PS: Rancho RS1016...I suppose they are RS1000 series...im OK ??...(I always been used Monroe)
