what is the point of this ?

To clean up exhaust emissions....throw it away and you might have a hard time with rego.

Is it easy to remove. Woundnt you have to plug the existing holes if removed?

Yep...or buy another 3f manifold....ask ozsigns..he just removed a 3f for a 1hz.
