I just had a thought. It was to put my rims on backwards (or inside out). Would there be any problems in doing this??
Oh, by the way they are stock rims...

most standard sierra rims are reversible, that is the holes are bevelled on both sides...I ran my rears backward for a long time, gave about 30mm extra track each side. This was only a problem when airing up/down crawling under a muddy zook. I had them professionaly done at later date.
Can't do fronts, as said, because of snagging the discs..tho this may have a solution, I never looked into it.

Yes you can reverse the wheels and you can also drive blindfolded. They won't be sitting flush against the drum/disc as far as I can tell. If you look at your wheels when there on normally, especially around the holes, check to see if they're flat, they most likely won't be, in which case you can fit em reversed, but it'd be pretty half assed and unsafe.
