Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Its not that i don't know were its just how due to, the fact iv'e been waiting over 6 weeks for one from ORI and tryied superior but with no luck.

I need the forged one for RWC as it comes with an X-ray certificate but i just need one any ideas anyone PLEEEEAAAAASE needed ASAP

Where and how to get a xover double arm????????
