gq autos?? good or bad???????

hey all, im looking at 93-94 gq ti auto lwb`s,i hear there are 2 auto`s in 93?? will i expect any probs from beach-bush driving & will it compensate for 35 inch tyres??

No issues, many GQ Autos out there with 35s or bigger.
But you will have to change yor diff ratios faster than a manual, they suck.

The GQ autos are ok ( just ok not fantastic)
BUT
you ahve to look after the GQ auto's extra careful, DONT overheat them, DONT use overdrive at low rpm high load, especially with 35's.... you dont wanto be labouring the transmission in overdrive.
change oil very regularly, fit a huge cooler, and if you are going to do sand/towing work install a temp oil guage.
if you look after it, it will look after you.
