OK, everytime there is mention of an engine conversion someone always say's to use a F6a turbo jobb'y, so i need some help. What are these like? how much are they and what are the ratios in the fwd box setup. i would also love to know how much they weigh?

you gunna be at tough tracks at the weekend? If so matt will be there with one in his car. I don't think they are much lighter than a 1300 as they are a cast block.

ive got one in my zook and i love it is good strong power down low and gets along up high i run 32 512 diffs and a 1lt case and down the highway it sits on 110 at 4800 revs its a fare bit faster than a 1300 but its no neck breaker it got my half cut for a grand so its cheap to do

i have driven matts and i can vouch that they are a good conversion. the power difference is enough to notice with a 1.3 and they are a pretty simple conversion if you have a 1L sierra. if you have 1.3 all you have to do is move engine mounts back a bit. Worth it though.

apart from simple little stuff that is about the only major thing.
